Structural Modeling: Detailed 3D modeling of both steel and concrete structures, prefabricated reinforced concrete components, detailed rebar modeling and drafting.

Steel Detailing and Drafting: We provide ultra-precise modeling that accounts for every minute detail concerning erection ease and constructability. This service ensures a high level of coordination with adjacent disciplines. We also perform specialized analysis for critical connections using IDEA StatiCa, followed by the preparation of all necessary fabrication drawings and erection plans.

Material Quantification (MTO/BOQ): Accurate material take-offs (MTO) and bill of quantity (BOQ) preparation directly from the BIM model for precise procurement and cost control.

Façade Detailing: Detailed 3D modeling of complex concrete facade systems and components, including the modeling of connection elements, embeds, and provision of data required for installation, such as rigging calculations, center of gravity determination, and total volume quantification.

BIM Project Coordination and QA/QC: Comprehensive BIM coordination, clash detection, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) to ensure smooth project delivery and design compliance.
